Pros

1. If you are lucky you will end up in good team. 2. If you are from IIT/NIT you will get good salary as freshers. 3. You will get salary increment if you are one of top performers. 4. If you are lucky you will end up on a team which have short onsite opportunity.

Cons

1. To keep up will *fake* company performance, it is not uncommon to force employees to use vacation balance and still deliver, so you should not plan a vacation at the new year or another personal occasion. 2. Unlike other Indian companies there were no 15 days COVID leaves. 3. If you are not one of the top performers *key employee* do not expect salary revision, this year even freshers were excluded from salary revision, do not trust offer latter even if it says you will get salary revision. 4. Good employees *key employees* are too overworked and do not have any sense of work-life balance. 5. I have seen more and more cost-cutting since 2019, for example, one can not encash vacation balance anymore or salary revision coverage and the amount is decreasing every year term onsite opportunities have greatly reduced and now too much politics is around remaining ones. 7. Pros

Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

Cons

Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
