      Fixed Compensation, No Variable included in CTC. 40$ Annual Gift.

      Cons

      Still uses WSDL, SOAP No Microservices. No Cloud. False Promises by Manager. No Comp off given to employee for Saturday/Sunday work day , even if client pays for it. No Onsite.

      Pros

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
