      1. No work life balance at all 2. Management expects to extend working hours 3. Work load 4. No work culture in D&I unit 5. Almost all senior people leaving the company, all freshers n new people in Amdocs

      Pros

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
