1. 9+ working hours depending on your role & project. 2. They use legacy systems so most probably you will work on old technologies. 3. The work you do won't make any difference in the real world like Google, Amazon, Microsoft, etc does. 4. Amdocs is a product + service-based company. But, if you are a fresher, then there are chances that they will place you in the Support or Delivery or Testing team, so indirectly you will work in a service-based account.
