      Pros

      Ok to work for a couple of years. Nice employee treatment. Good travel opportunities. Fresher and Lateral salary is good.

      Cons

      Not all projects are good for technical development. Bad salary increment for most of the existing employess. For monotonous work, huge pressure is created.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
