      1. Good Work culture, Casual environment (Nothing hard and fast) 2. Good Facilities like food, transport and infra 3. Very good onsite opportunities and if you are lucky then relocation opportunities as well

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
