      Training opportunities are plentiful at Amdocs and as a part of leadership there are multiple ways to compensate employees who step above and beyond,

      Cons

      Amdocs is a large company with multiple divisions and I feel as though those divisions are not integrated as well as they could be. Cross training across the divisions would be beneficial in selling services.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
