Pros
Large employee base, so it's easy to find new people to drink coffee with... which ultimately becomes joint-therapy for how awful it is to work at Amdocs
Cons
* Command and control mentality - employees treated as slaves, not people * Misogyny is unbelievable - this old school company in Israel didn't get the memo on what it means to respect women this day in age (despite touting Tamar as its long-standing COO/CFO, which is quite vexing) * It's a services company that touts itself like a SW company of tech company, but nobody realizes it until after they arrive and need to "put in the time" before turning over
