      No timing boundation were there . you can come and go whenever you want. Pune location is more better than Gurgaon.

      worse management of promotions and even not good hike we were getting in the comapany

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
