      Pros

      Overall average IT company but culture for Quality Engineering division in India is very bad. Only one leader is calling all shots for last 15 years for the division and Global leadership is fine with it. Technology exposure basic.

      Cons

      Long long working hours including weekends. No benefits for extra working (which is easily 60 hours per week) or for better performance.

      lots of free programs available i.e. weekly virtual yoga/cooking/personal finance/wellbeing classes

      Cons

      constantly under threat of layoffs, mostly contract work for other Telecommunications companies which are increasingly turning to competitors for opportunities
