      1. Have big brands as their clients thus giving great exposure. 2. Work life balance is good. 3. Managers and team leads are understanding. 4. Timely hikes/salary revision. 5. Regular non-work related activities to increase employee's motivation

      In some projects there are less new development work and the technologies used are not new.

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
