      Salary was great along with the benefits and group activities

      Cons

      The long hours and overtime required did not justify and outweigh the benefits for me. It hindered my lifestyle and working with the existing employees was sometimes difficult and challenging because of the lack of cooperation. Because of the large cooperation, it will take you a long time to adapt and have any input. The technologies used in the workplace are very convoluted

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
