      You may find your self stuck in the product that uses old tech stack. And Salary may be average as compared to others in IT industry. Otherwise everything seems to fine for me.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
