      Pros

      Amdocs is really caring to their employee. The workplace, heads, managers are very friendly and approachable. The salary, benefits is also outstanding. I cannot say much, they are almost perfect as an employer.

      The growth is not that fast but understandable because im freshly grad and working for 6mos

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
