      Learning is good. Food , office atmosphere work is great.

      Cons

      I got fired just before my probation period is getting completed. Lot of office politics involved if recession is around. Make sure to update ur learning to manager..make them notice your work else they will give silly reason at time of layoff.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
