      Employee needs do take care, you need not to worry about transport and food if you working late nights company do arranges the same.

      Cons

      In most of project very old technology is being used so you might lack in technology learning prospective.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
