      Has great benefits, flexible working hours, great working environment and culture. A lot of team building events and parties also.

      Cons

      Compensation was not up to industry standards. In some cases, not always, you work overtime a lot. It depends on your project and/or team.

      lots of free programs available i.e. weekly virtual yoga/cooking/personal finance/wellbeing classes

      Cons

      constantly under threat of layoffs, mostly contract work for other Telecommunications companies which are increasingly turning to competitors for opportunities
