      Lunch buffet and events and spending money to look good

      Cons

      They don’t care about their employees at first hard time they let go without any notice. Managers are not straight forward. Not a place to learn or grow they are looking for cheap employees to do the job of seniors.

      Pros

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
