      Amdocs products are complex ones when it comes into production. There are a lot of opertunities to come with ideas and automate processes relate to production deployment, maintanance, operate and monitor

      Products are complex, company is big. sometimes you have good idea or solution, but missing right people to start with at the develop chain

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
