      Modelo híbrido não funciona, pois muitas vezes o seu time trabalha em outros países, o que não faz sentido ir para o escritório pra ligar o computador e passar o dia em calls pelo teams.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
