Pros
1.Flexible timing. (doesn't guarantee 9 hrs of work) 2. Good Food. 3.Good for managers and leads or for people who want to stay for long term.
Cons
1. Company was known for work life balance but the same has got disturbed. in some projects the work life balance is highly unstable and long working hours. 2. Technology is way too old and everything is framework based.If you are techie person or a fresher its not place for you.Technical growth is nil. In one way this leads to people staying for decades in the company. 3. Salary is par below industry standards.
