      The pay is good if you're lucky, and that's pretty much it.

      Cons

      Everything, starting from everyone in management lying all the time to extremely toxic work culture, filled with people not qualified for job positions for the sake of forced diversity. You'll be thrown to a random team after joining that's not related to what you applied for.

      lots of free programs available i.e. weekly virtual yoga/cooking/personal finance/wellbeing classes

      Cons

      constantly under threat of layoffs, mostly contract work for other Telecommunications companies which are increasingly turning to competitors for opportunities
