Extensive use of proprietary tools and technologies which are difficult to learn and use independently and further adds no value to your resume when you look for a change. Most project require extended working hours and support on weekend which carries no monetary benefits. Very few long term travel opportunities, rare for people who have been with the company for less than 3-4 years, Indian Management is too focussed on cost cutting which is overshadowing good old days of the company, Salary is below market standard for people with 3-6 yrs of exp.
