      Pros

      It is a great company to work with. It is one of the biggest service providers in Telecom. Very flexible work culture.

      Cons

      Have to work very hard to prove yourself due to outstanding competition. Its hard to get promotions. Onsite are not much.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
