None. Completely disappointed as a developer. Management failed to be good in this team. I am aware in other teams they are good. Don't generalize this criticism to all teams, I was just unlucky one. In previous team things were different, but there it was not a development team.
Cons
Managers never transparent enough to the team about what is happening, processes on how to do things never clear, leaders never know about the tasks and never protect the team regarding the team not being responsible for some task. The leader does not represent the team to the manager, but the manager to the team, so we have 2 bosses. The daily tasks are not consistent to the training. Tasks just appears with no context at all. Offenses, disrespect and insinuations about you are recurring. They keep you aware of weekend on call support at Friday's noon....
