      This company is good for those who have no technical knowledge and want to settle with non technical managers who don't know anything except micromanagement

      Cons

      Micromanagement, Hike come to those who are working as a chela for managers , bad shift management, old technology and bad management

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
