      Good IT Support to help with setup

      Cons

      Biased teams. No collaboration between employees of different projects. No company culture. Some employees are flat out rude. Only diverse to Indians (I’m indian). Experienced first hand racism towards black folks from some employees.

      Pros

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
