      Amdocs used to be a good company 3-4 years ago .Now the management has changes . Current one has no clear direction

      Cons

      No Onsite. Product not selling in market zero hikes too much work micro managememt toxic work culture .

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
