      Only pro is that they take you for outings

      Company doesn’t value hardworking emoloyees In 3 years, I got 0 appraisal even though I gate it my best. Even then I was given an excuse that the management didn’t consider Probably the worst company I ever worked in. The company only cares about its social presence by organising trips and outings which are just for fun perspective. 0 consideration for wfh permission

      Pros

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
