      None, terrible work environment and organizational culture

      Cons

      HR department is practically nule, the coworkers could be very unrespectful and no one does anything, it is by far the worst company I ever worked for

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
