      No improve in knowledge, waste of your if you join as a freasher. Office politics: manager promote people who are close with him Work load: have to work atleast 12 hrs a day may include saturday and sunday

      constantly under threat of layoffs, mostly contract work for other Telecommunications companies which are increasingly turning to competitors for opportunities
