      As a fresher, I felt it has great culture that encourages learning and upgrading your skills. My seniors and management was also very helpful.

      Cons

      I think its a great place to work at. No cons that I experiences during my tenure there.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
