      Good environment, even though not all people are smart enough or willing to work enough.. the benefit of unlimited holidays is great if your team/manager is able to use it.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
