      Pros

      Good work culture where teams/managers support each other very well in all tasks. Employee friendly perks such as unlimited vacation and people-centric environment.

      Cons

      Legacy technologies - even though they are working on latest tech stack but those products are not implemented anywhere and therefore you don't get to work on those most of the time. Pay is very average compared to market standards and rises very less year-on-year. 3-month notice period is to keep you from going away as they have huge attrition rate.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
