Pros
Nice place to start, some benefits are equal as nice companies
Cons
There is a very big list, but I will point it out the pain points: A) Culture change: There was a big shift in the company in 2023 that change a lot of things and mostly the way the company supports their employee, it went sideways very fast and instead of giving some sort of boost in employee confidence , they did the opposite ... so now a lot of very good employees have moved from the company or worst they fire them clamming that other companies are doing layoffs so they have to do it too. B) Worst Managers that you will ever encounter will probably be here, they are not doing much except micromanaging you or your lead and what they should do as managing resources (people) between teams so there is no extremely workload in everyone's back . They are not graded so they keep getting worst because nobody fired them. C) They are about 3 years without given fair raises or anything that would remotely increase employees confidence in the company, actually they are making people expend more with transportation to their office or food to go to work on site, because they decided to adopt the hybrid model, just because they want, as when it was full remote (during and a lil bit after the pandemic) they were getting very big raises in their profits
