      Good health coverage for you.

      Cons

      No raise. No growth. Unlimited vacation policy is a lie. They expect us to do bare minimum for the clients and even create issues which leads to more work being done for the client so they can make more money.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
