I have been working at American Income Life full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Strong sense of team camaraderie and family among offices and coworkers.
Positivity is always encouraged. Not, only in the office and business but also in our lives.
AIL isn't only about having success in business, but in all areas of life. Mind Body Spirit is coached and focused on.
    Financial freedom.
You get out what you put in. You don't have a company telling you your own worth, you're able to show them your worth based off of performance.
    Residual Income.

    Cons

Just like anything in life, it takes effort and sacrifice to accomplish great things in AIL. If you are looking for a career where you can do minimal to slide by... it isn't the right fit for you. If you are coachable, enjoy working with people and don't want to settle for 'AVERAGE' income and lifestyle, then you fit in with the ones killing it at AIL.

    Pros

The office atmosphere is one of the top pros, always upbeat and positive. The money is good as long as you have work ethic. Flexible schedule and you will never work Christmas, Thanksgiving or any major holiday.

    Cons

It requires a lot of discipline with your money. You have to pay your own taxes and make sure you're saving money for a rainy day.

    Advice to Management

    Recruit money motivated individuals
