Toxic unhealthy place to work - Administrator American University Employee Review

-financial trouble for AU is being felt at all levels and the stress is showing on faculty and staff -mean place to work for newcomers...constant conflict from staff and faculty...lack of collegiality -not a happy place to work...only crushing workload -communication and event overload...AU needs a daily briefing but only one daily briefing...a thousand emails each day on events is unhelpful and the events are competing against each other. The students have event fatigue and don't go...then its desperate times to make sure one has bodies in the room.
