Pros
As a fully remote employee, the work life balance is great. There are no real after hours or weekend emails, meetings or expectations which is awesome and unlike the other agencies I have worked for. The people are so talented, collaborative, smart and innovative. Leadership has also been receptive to feedback and seems to be constantly working to make it better. Clients are mostly really great, too which is a nice plus!
Cons
It's an agency so there is a lot of turnover but I don't think that's unique to this organization. The current insurance is through United which isn't great but at least its coverage!
