      Pros

      Diversity, good people on the shop floor, easy work, Supervisors work well together.

      Cons

      Low pay, plant upper management do not work well together/not on the same page, a small company mentality, old equipment, support from MN is condescending, sales orders/workflow is uneven, internal support functions (IT/maint./eng.) are condescending. Long hours and weekends for low pay.
