Andersen has a great family culture. The Company is still owned by descendants of the original founders. Their manufacturing techniques are in line with the best companies out there.

    Pros

Solid, stable place to work. Strong values.

    Cons

Went from company to corporation. There's a reason why people don't line up at the front door to apply any longer. Need to focus on everyone across the ranks. Previous CEO tried to sink the ship and almost succeeded.

    Advice to Management

Thin out the 25-30 converted IT Factory workers who are sucking the life out of themselves and your organization....because they are holding onto the legacy retirement and benefits....they make working there a disappointment.
