      Values, benefits, people culture and company as a whole is a special place to work. Andersen has some of the best leaders in the building industry and by far is a professional organization with a people first approach

      Cons

      Opportunity for growth in some areas is not as fast moving as other areas of the business. Depending on your role & personality type you may feel stuck doing the same and longer than the business moves.

      Working for Andersen has changed the way I think about work. I enjoy what I do. Management listens. I love it. I never want to work for anyone else.

      Sometimes I find we get in our own way.

      Great company culture, very laid back. Great work-life balance.

      There is room for growth, but climbing up the ladder isn't always easy or simple.
