      Decent products and sales colleagues.

      Cons

      Mgt is a mess. Can be toxic. Unreasonable size territories. Lots of backorders. Company lacks documented SOPs due to lack of support and resources. Sales pay is below average with Quotas set to fail.

      Very welcoming, impactful, and can make a lot of money supposedly.

      Cons

      There are a lot of training materials available, but a lot of it is on your own which can be very challenging.
