-Target setting cycle, pretty much you get a target without having a secondary thought if this is achievable (nothing about SMART targets) -Chaos in processes and procedures -Aggressive Cost cutting approach -Employee evaluation based on sympathies, not on results -Big pressure on outsourcing the services offshore -Immature management lacking the management skills -Work life balance is non existent -Sometimes management by fear
