No two days are the same, constantly faced with interesting and exciting challenges which provide great development opportunities. Very informal - everyone's ideas and opinions are valued. Given real chance to take responsibility and ownership for your results
Cons
Would not suit someone looking for a 9 to 5 job. The push for results can have a negative effect on work life balance at times. The IT systems and equipment is poor.
