Pros
If you are fresh out of college and aren't looking at the job as a long-term opportunity, it will look good on your resume.
Cons
The passion for the product is gone, and with it so have sales. Morale is at an all-time low... And this is after years of thinking it couldn't possibly get any lower. The recent positive reviews on Glassdoor were actually solicited by HR. A company shouldn't have to beg for them. Marketing is horrible under current leadership. Very bad decisions have been made over the last 12 months, the repercussions of which will be felt for a long time.
