Pros

Agile, young, and international environment. Benefit Package is competitive. Bar with free beer and open terrace. Many events. Feels almost like university. Given you have the time, nothing stops you to push and realize your ideas. You will always find opportunities to shine. Generally good team spirit and many extracurricular activities. Easy to find friends due to the high share of young expats. Nice and modern office with all amenities around. Exciting job opportunities. Tons of nice people.

Cons

ZBB (zero base budgeting) is a cult here. In operationally esential teams, positions get cut occasionally (budget initiatives). Affected teams occasionally colapse, since workload becomes unmanageable. Changing function is arduous since essentiality in the previous position often blocks the move. Usually no pay rises within existing position. Strong incentive to move functions. Very high turnover rate. In my team half of the people were gone after 6 months. Too little operational knowledge in some teams. Overtimes are only paid in some teams (if the is budget available). Limited onboarding since process manuals rarely exist or are outdated. Due too overloaded colleagues very limited time is dedicated to you in the beginning. Generally a high requirement for overtimes and a cooperate culture that people not doing overtimes are perceived lazy. No company budget for team buildings
