Pros

* overtime * hours around your schedule * goggle chat for assistance while on call * easy to advance * great support * benefits, pto, and bonus * alternating holidays

Cons

* 24/7 but can only work until midnight est until you advance higher up * busy call center but can step away when needed * some clients do not seem to be screened well though it is claimed so, a few seem like scammers *calls are auto answer without prior warning * no equipment provided

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback! AnswerFirst has always vetted clients to ensure they are a good fit for our service. At times, issues do not surface until the partnership begins. When call flow concerns are identified we work with the client to make a change that would permit a better outcome with their calls or decide if the partnership still makes sense. We have implemented a new policy on our terms of service for clients that we hope will mitigate these issues going forward. Thank you, again, for the valuable feedback.

Pros

I love the flexibility AnswerFirst offers. The shift leaders, managers, and support staff are wonderful, caring people who always have your back. Overall, it’s a fantastic company that puts its people first

Cons

While there are no major downsides, call volumes can occasionally be excessively high; but dealing with busy periods is part of the job.
