The communication within the teams and company overall is professional and friendly. They respect personal boundaries. Despite the ability to work fully remotely, there is a limitation on working internationally for personal reasons. The culture encourages long-term employment, it is common to see managers with 20+ years at Ansys. This makes it suitable for employees seeking stability. However, it can be harmful to compensation and experience over many years.
