Hitting an anniversary at Antea Group, I’m grateful to work with a team that genuinely puts customers and relationships first. This year has been about listening, collaborating, and helping our clients solve real problems. Proud of the work we do, the team I've got to know, and I'm excited about our path ahead.

Great place to work -- good people, respect for work/life balance, and a focus on relationships with clients (and eachother!) as opposed to only churning out mediocre work for the sake of short term/quick win profit. Flexibility and autonomy around schedules. Opportunity to be ambitious, creative, and entrepreneurial if you've got it in you, but no requirement to be.

Salaries & bonuses are lower than other firms doing similar work. Pro of work/life balance makes up for this. Some in leadership have been in their seats a long, long, long time. Leads one to wonder if we can be as innovative as competition requires.
